Sub-slab depressurization is the most common radon reduction method. It works by drilling a suction point into the slab and pull radon gas directly from the soil and exhaust it outdoors.

Drain tile depressurization is a radon mitigation method that connects a fan and vent pipe directly to a building's existing perimeter drain.

Passive radon systems are built during new construction to vent soil gas through the roof naturally without a fan. A fan can easily be added later if testing reveals high radon levels.

From the Heartland to the Rockies (and back)
Born and raised in Kansas, I learned early on the importance of hard work and community. My professional journey eventually led me to Colorado, where I spent five years immersing myself in the radon industry. In a region known for its challenging radon levels. I mastered the complexities of system design, mitigation, and testing, gaining the kind of hands-on experience that only comes from solving difficult problems in the field.
To pair that real-world expertise with the highest academic standards, I returned to my roots and completed comprehensive training through Kansas State University. Today, I am proud to be NRPP certified and fully licensed by the State of Kansas to provide both testing and mitigation services. My mission is to combine the technical precision I honed in the Rockies with the honest, straightforward service I was raised with here in the Heartland.
My goal is to provide Kansas homeowners with more than just a service; I provide the peace of mind that comes from a scientifically sound, professionally installed system. Whether I’m designing a custom solution for a new build or testing an established family home, I treat every project with the same care and attention to detail I would give my own.
